She comes into Premium with 200 min/mo when the case is ready for controlled voice. Additional usage: $0.30/min. If voice is still in a controlled pilot, it can be scoped as a custom engagement.
Is everything bilingual?
Yes. From Starter, your site works in Spanish and English. Mia and Sofia also respond in both languages automatically.
Can I cancel the monthly fee at any time?
Yes, with no penalty. The site is taken down at the end of the paid month, and your data (leads, conversations, appointments) is kept for 90 days in case you decide to come back. Setup fees are not refunded. If you resume within those 90 days, your data is restored at no extra cost.
How long does the setup take?

What happens with Starter hosting after the first year?
When Starter hosting renewal comes up, we review with you whether it makes more sense to stay with us, move up to Plus, or pause. If you pause, your data stays for 90 days in case you come back, and the content you brought in is still yours to use wherever you want.

Plus ($197/mo): chat agent Mia 24/7 with lead capture and confirmed bookings when your native calendar is active; if not, it stays as a consultation request with handoff. Phone panel with leads and bookings, blog, and 3 months of support. Premium ($499/mo): everything in Plus plus the internal copilot for daily prep and assisted follow-up, voice agent Sofia with 200 min/mo when the business voice is already controlled (books calls into your native calendar when active), booking alerts by email, WhatsApp, or SMS when those channels are active, and ongoing guidance. If the case still requires voice in a controlled pilot, it closes as Plus + Sofia inbound scoped custom, not Premium. More advanced scheduled reminders, CRM, or integrations live in Enterprise and are confirmed case by case.
When does the monthly fee start?
The monthly fee starts the day your site goes live. If your material (logo, texts, photos, chatbot FAQs) doesn't arrive within 14 calendar days from signing, the monthly fee starts on day 15 even if the site isn't live yet. This keeps clients who deliver on time from paying extra, and keeps projects from stalling indefinitely.

How many changes can I request per month?
